The Miner line of plastic pellet gates, one of the most widely specified gates by plastic pellet shippers, boasts watertight, obstruction free and simple to operate designs, are built with all FDA approved materials. The seals keep flood waters out protecting the integrity of the commodity. The valve and interior are free of obstructions that can collect product residue and make complete cleaning difficult. Gates are easy to open because the rotary valve throttles back the product flow, thus requiring lower opening forces. With a simple 90-degree rotation of the handle, the valve can be opened to a full length "clean" and "wash out" position.
