4-Inch Nylon Bottom Outlet Cap with Black Butyl Gasket and Carbon Steel Chain

The Salco Products (PBC4311A) 4-Inch Nylon Bottom Outlet Cap with Black Butyl Gasket and Carbon Steel Chain is made out of corrosion-resistant nylon material with a 2-inch nylon plug. It fits a standard 5-1/4-inch railroad thread for application to any car manufacturer’s nozzle. Comes with a 3/8 by 3-1/2-inch, zinc plated carbon steel, S-hook and carbon steel chain. This model includes an easily replaceable black Butyl gasket that is 1/4-inch thick with a 4-5/16-inch inner diameter and a 5-3/8-inch outer diameter. AAR Approval # E202138
