<p>Used as part of our Locomotive Lockout/Tagout program. Placed in locomotive after starting fuse has been removed.<br />
Allows individual LOTO ID tag to be applied for anyone working in a position where inadvertent start up or movement could pose a risk to the individual working.</p>
